How we embrace sustainability

At Sizzle, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. But for us, sustainability means much more than just making environmentally friendly choices. It’s a way of working and thinking that runs throughout our entire organization. We place great value not only on sustainable relationships with our customers and employees but also on our impact on the environment. Because only by acting consciously can we truly contribute to a greener world.

We believe that every conscious choice matters. From simply turning off lights in unused rooms to installing solar panels. Small actions may seem insignificant on their own, but when done together, they make a huge difference. That’s why at Sizzle, we encourage everyone to embrace sustainable habits, from the office to the warehouse.

Our energy comes from the sun

One of the biggest steps we’ve taken is investing in solar panels. Our building’s roof is now equipped with 266 panels that generate all the electricity we need. Thanks to this solar energy, we can operate our business sustainably, with lower CO₂ emissions and less dependence on fossil fuels.

Reusing boxes: a small step with a big impact

Another way we put sustainability into practice is by making our packaging as sustainable as possible. Packaging material is often a major source of waste. That’s why we consciously choose to reuse boxes for shipping orders.

By giving boxes a second life, we significantly reduce our ecological footprint.

We also pay close attention to box size. We always ensure the box fits the order perfectly. This prevents unnecessary empty space, reducing the need for filler materials and making transport more efficient. More efficient transport means fewer trucks on the road and thus less CO₂ emissions.
